Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Group Fitness Classes We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our members, ensuring fairness and consideration for everyone's fitness journey. To maintain this standard, we have implemented the following booking policy for our group fitness classes: Booking Limitation: Members are permitted to book group fitness classes up to 3 days in advance @ 8:00pm. This ensures fair access to classes for all members and allows for efficient scheduling. Consideration and Courtesy: We kindly request all members to be considerate of others' time and schedules when booking group fitness classes. Please reserve a spot only if you are confident that you can attend the session. This consideration enables us to accommodate the maximum number of members while minimizing disruptions. No-Show Policy: A no-show is defined as booking a class but failing to attend without prior cancellation. No Shows will be charged $25.00. Late Cancellation Policy: A late cancellation is anything cancelled within 24 hours of the booked class. Late cancellations will be charged $25.00. Early Cancellation Policy: Cancel more than 24 hours before your class time and there will be no charge.
